Frequently Asked Questions

When will I get my first box?

Your book box will ship on the 14th of the month.

Order after the 14th and your order will ship within 2-3 working days, stock permitting.

Thereafter your box will ship on the 1th of each month, according to your chosen frequency - monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly.

Is there a cut-off date for this month's box?

The cut-off date for each month is the 25th (or while stocks last).

Orders placed after the 25th will be shipped on the 14th of the following month.

Get in touch if you'd like to confirm which box you'll receive.

How and when do I pay?

You first payment will be charged at check-out.

Subsequent payments will be charged automatically on the 7th of each scheduled delivery month using the information given at checkout.

Will I know what's in the box?

We reveal our book choice on the 1st of each month by email and on our social media.

Already read it? No problem! You can skip a month anytime or get in touch before the 6th of the month to swap it for any other book on our website.

Is there a commitment or can I cancel anytime?

No commitment needed! You can easily cancel by logging into your account on our website or by emailing us.

Can I just buy a one-off box?

Of course! It's a great way to try before you commit. Select 'One Time Purchase' from the options at the top of the page if you just want to order the current box.

Just a reminder though that numbers are limited and your box will still be shipped according to the same schedule as our regular recurring subscribers. Feel free to contact us for more information or to check when your box will ship.
